Super Away Win

Ardmore U8 travelled to Clondalkin for the second time in the last seven days to play Ashwood this week after a stunning away win against Knockmitten last week.

The boys started well and put the home team on the back foot from the start with a string of corners.The first goal came from some very good passing and moving all over the park and gave one of our attackers a chance which he put away to make it 0-1, with that the home teams heads started to go down and the boys soon made it 0-2 again from one of out forward players.

The defence was playing some great football and not giving the home team a chance.The first half finished with the boys 0-3 up.
The second half started and the boys got on top very quickly again and punished the home teams mistakes breaking from the back and midfield and passing to the forwards who went on to score a few more good goals.

The game finished 0-7 to the away side,this was possibly one of the best all round team displays in the last few months,clean sheet some super passing & moving and GREAT DEFENDING, well done boys.
