Who are we?

We are a not for profit community based football club whose membership include academy ( cubs
), junior boys, junior girls, seniors.

What information do we collect?
Information you provide to us: We collect personal information when you voluntarily provide us
with such information in the course of using our website. For example, when you subscribe to
notifications for our blog, if you make an enquiry through our website, or contact us in any other
way, we will keep a copy of your communications with us.
Information collected when you or your children join the club: We may process your personal
information and players information when you or your child joins the club such as name, address
and date of birth. We will hold your contact information for the purposes of keeping you informed of
training or matches and club related matters.
We do not collect or hold card payment data. This is through a 3rd Party Merchant Account Service
( Clubforce ).
Information we automatically collect: We may also collect certain technical information by
automatic means when you visit our website, such as IP address, browser type and operating
system, referring URLs, your use of our website, and other clickstream data. We collect this
information automatically through the use of various technologies, such as cookies.
Information we process : When you or your child joins the club, they may join a team that is
entered into a football league such as the DDSL. This league is mandated by the FAI and your
data which we collect is shared with that league and governing body. The league administrators
and FAI also have responsibility for the collection and processing of this data on their systems.

handled by them.
How do we use that information?
We use your information in the following ways:
• To deal with your inquiries, requests
• To provide information to you on fixtures, matches and general club and league information
• To communicate directly with you about important updates
• To register players and teams with the league, players name, date of birth for example are a
required in this respect.

Data Security
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information
when you enter, submit, or access your personal information. We limit access to personal
information about you to our key volunteers who we believe reasonably need to come into contact
with that information. No method of transmission over the Internet, method of electronic storage or
other security methods are one hundred percent secure. Although, while we strive to use all
reasonable efforts to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Data Retention
We retain your personal information as long as you a member of the club.
We may, however, retain personal information for an additional period as is permitted or required
under applicable laws, for legal, tax, or regulatory reasons, or for legitimate and lawful purposes.
Your Rights
You have the right to access a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or to request
the correction, amendment, or deletion of such information where it is inaccurate or processed in
violation of EU Data Protection Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR). We will consider and respond to your
request in accordance with GDPR.
You may opt-out of any data processing materially different from those that are set out in this
Privacy Policy. Where sensitive personal information is involved, we will always obtain your
express opt-in consent to do such things.
You have the right to lodge a complaint to us regarding the processing of data. If you are not
satisfied with our response, you then have to right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory
authority listed below.

We reserve the right to change our Privacy Policy at any time. If we make changes, we will post
