Super Super U8 SDFL

Ardmore Rovers U8 SDFL traveled to Crumlin on Sunday morning to take on Lourdes Celtic for a match with a little bit of revenge in the air,after been beaten in St Kilians two weeks ago.

The boys started very well and got on top of Lourdes Celtic quickly and put their defence under a lot of early pressure.

Ardmore were passing and moving very well all over the park, our defence played as well as we have ever done, and gave away very little to the home side.
We had the much better chances in the first half and mid way through we took one with a good finish from one of our attackers, it started from pressure been put on the home teams midfielders, the ball broke to our right sided midfielder and he crossed it into the home teams box and it was finished very well.
The ref blew for half time with the score 0-1 to the away team.The second half started and the match was very much the same with both teams having some chances, the score remained the same until the Twenty fourth (24) minute of the second half when the ball broke and the home team scored a goal, the boys tipped off and the ref blew for full time.

The proformance the boys put in on Sunday was excellent from each and every one of them, every single one of them had a huge part to play.

The boys have played two DDSL A League teams in the last week both away and have NOT LOST EITHER and have done both the managers, parents,Club and mostly them self's PROUD, WELL DONE BOYS.
