Former Ardmore Rovers Chairman Ray Glynn Passes Away Suddenly

It is with great sadness that we have learned of the sudden passing of former Ardmore Rovers Chairman, Ray Glynn, on Monday 15th July.

Ray joined the club in 2000 as a manager of one of our U8 teams and in 2002 became Treasurer.

With the unfortunate passing of Mick Carroll in 2005, Ray took the Chair and remained Chairman until 2008. Ray stayed on in the club, managing his team until 2012.

We would like to send our condolences, from everyone here in Ardmore Rovers, to Ray’s wife, Marie-Thérèse, his children, Josh, Johanna and Zach, and to all his family and friends at this difficult time.
