Ardmore Rovers are looking to create a Parents Committee with a Parent Rep per Team

The club executive committee are hoping to create a parents committee within the club who will support the executive on important club matters like, fundraising, events, sponsorship and the running of a club shop.

We are asking each team to put forward a parent rep who will report into the Parent Liaison Officer, whom will sit on the executive committee. With 38 teams we should get together a strong parent committee.

At a team level, the parent rep will be the parent’s connection between their team and the executive committee, alongside the team manager. They will be able to resolve any issues fellow team parents may have without having to get the managers/coaches involved. They will also make sure all relative information from the executive is communicated to all parents within their team, for example, info about fundraisers, gear distribution, trials, etc.

If you are interested in stepping forward to get involved as a parent rep please contact your child’s team manager or email us on socialmedia@ardmorerovers.com with your name, your child’s name and the team they play for. We hope to hear from you very soon!
